CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled or missed without this notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost, which will be charged to the card on file or collected before another appointment can be scheduled. We understand that emergencies happen, and all no-show/late cancellation fees are applied at the massage therapist's discretion. A credit card on file is required for all appointments for no-show/late cancellation protection.
